Here's an announcement from the :
The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District recently welcomed a new hire to the district in a position left vacant by a longtime employee who retired this spring.
Cindy Clements is LARPD’s new human resources manager, a position previously held by Carolyn Ulrich, who is now retired. A Hayward resident, Clements came to LARPD from Berkeley-based A Better Way Inc., a nonprofit children and family services agency, where she served as director of administration. She has also served as director of operations for the YWCA of San Francisco & Marin, director of program operations for Wu Yee Children’s Services in San Francisco and chief operations officer for Camp Fire USA in Seattle, in addition to serving as director of operations and executive director of YWCAs in Indiana and Illinois. Her broad background in nonprofit children’s services and program administration along with human resources and finance administration made her the right choice for the district.
