The animal was spotted during a behind-the-scenes stadium tour, climbing the stairs near the Dodgers’ dugout, the outlet reported, noting the stadium is near Elysian Park and the sighting occurred just days before coyote breeding season typically starts.

In a coyote encounter in which the animal approaches, people should back away slowly, keep children and pets close, make a loud noise, wave their arms, let the coyote leave on its own, and, if it makes contact, fight back, then call animal control or 911, according to the department.
