Crews Extinguish Fire At East Hollywood Apartment Building
Firefighters knocked down a fire at a three-story apartment building.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters knocked down a fire Saturday at a three-story apartment building in East Hollywood.
Fire crews were called at 5:20 a.m Saturday to 1632 N. Normandie Ave., south of Hollywood Boulevard, where they found flames coming from one unit of the building's first floor, said LAFD spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
It took 30 firefighters 11 minutes to extinguish the blaze.

Stewart said no injuries were reported.
