Alfred Opens Malibu Country Mart Location

MALIBU, CA — The most Instagrammable coffee shop in Los Angeles opened a location in Malibu Monday.

Alfred Coffee's Malibu location will sit in the Malibu Country Mart, located at 3835 Cross Creek Road. Starting Monday, the storefront is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Monday's opening kicks off a week of giveaways at the chain's 13th Los Angeles location:

• Free Vive shots to the first 100 customers Monday.
• Free Glonuts to the first 50 customers on Tuesday.
• Free frisbees to the first 100 customers on Saturday.
• 10 percent discount all month for Pepperdine students and faculty.

Alfred also dropped a trucker hat — their "most-requested merch item" — to celebrate the new opening. The hat comes in black and white with an embroidered surf board that reads "Alfred." Hat purchases will benefit The Malibu Foundation, an organization created to help Malibu and surrounding neighborhoods recover from the 2018 Woolsey Fire.

The chic coffee spot announced the Malibu location nearly a year ago. The Country Mart location still has jobs available for a barista and a shift lead. Check out available jobs at all Alfred locations on their website.
