Man Holed Up Inside Van, Causing Closure of South Bay Street
The man is wanted for an unspecified felony. (BREAKING)

HAWTHORNE, CA -- Man who was wanted for an unspecified felony surrendered to police after two hours holing up in his van.
The man surrendered at around 6:30 p.m. after barricading inside his van in the the 11900 block Grevillea Avenue in Hawthorne, police said.
The area was closed to traffic at the height of rush-hour traffic and authorities advised residents to avoid the area.
