Award-winning chef Rick Tramonto will host the fifth Culinary Masters Series Monday night at The Strand House.
Tramonto—a well-known figure in the culinary world and the founding partner of Chicago's famous Tru—will deliver a five-course menu with wine pairings from Napa Valley's Trefethen Winery.
The cost is $100 per person with an additional $50 per person for wine pairings. Cocktails begin at 7 p.m. with dinner at 7:30 p.m.
