Yeastie Boys was founded in 2014 as a passion project by Evan Fox. Fox began hand-rolling bagels out of his Los Angeles apartment and delivering them to his friends.
"Since then, Evan has grown a cult‑favorite fleet, bringing classic New York-style bagels and pop-culture-fueled creations to LA, as well as doing creative collabs throughout the years," according to the company.
