Tam High Football Tops San Rafael For Fourth Straight Win

Sophomore quarterback Braden Young threw for 303 yards and five touchdowns as the Red Tailed Hawks Rolled up 548 yards of total offense.

MILL VALLEY, CA — Sophomore quarterback Braden Young for a second straight week threw for five touchdowns as Tamalpais High rolled up 548 yards of total offense in a 42-6 Marin County Athletic League victory over San Rafael on Saturday.

Young was 12-for-18 passing for 303 yards with no interceptions. He’s thrown 14 touchdowns and two interceptions on the season.

Samuel Reade caught five passes for 181 yards and four touchdowns and Billy Kuhns had five receptions for 101 yards.

Sebastian Chen rushed for 171 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries.

Sophomore Jake Son led Tamalpais defensively with 10 tackles and Wil Delorimier, Luke Harding and Jack Mollner each added five.

The Red Tailed Hawks (5-2, 4-0 MCAL) will play at Archie Williams (5-2, 1-2) Saturday at 2 p.m.
