Car Show In Mission Viejo Set To Benefit Marine Families: What To Know

The Mission Viejo Marine Adoption Committee and 914 SoCal Porsche Club are teaming up to host a car drive, air-cooled car show and toy drive to benefit our adopted Marines on Saturday, December 13.

The car show and toy drive is from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at BallPark Pizza, 28813 Los Alisos. People with air-cooled cars (a type of vehicle that uses forced air to cool the engine) are invited to take part in the car drive and show. (The parking lot will open at 9 am for cars to start parking.) If you own an air-cooled car and would like to participate in the drive or show, contact Loretta at lorettadomenech@gmail.com.

The car drive begins at 7 am at the Enderle Center in Tustin (17350 17th Street) for a “Cars and Coffee” meetup. From there, drivers will caravan to Mission Viejo via Santiago Canyon to arrive at BallPark Pizza.

Coffee and donuts will be provided and food sold by Ball Park. Folks can enjoy viewing the cars while mingling with some of our Marines. Participants are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy valued at $20 or more to help spread some holiday cheer. Even if you're just coming to enjoy the car show, your unwrapped donations would be greatly appreciated.
