4. Redditors Join Forces to Find Shelter for Dog Abandoned Near Google's Sunnyvale Office on Christmas Eve (sfist.com) — A Mountain View dog-boarding manager and her CityDog! Club team helped Sunnyvale police find safe shelter for an abandoned pit bull nicknamed “Google” on Christmas Eve. Coordinating with Bay Area Reddit users, they provided care until the dog could be taken in by Sunnyvale Animal Control for transfer to a shelter.
