"Instead of walking off into the sunset, a male and female came strolling back to the stolen vehicle with a pricey new guitar," police wrote in an Instagram post on Friday. "Although the female paid for the guitar, she surely did not pay for it with her own money."

Police said they believe the credit card belonged to the owner of the stolen vehicle. The pair, who were not named in the statement, were arrested.
