3 Adults, 4 Children Displaced After Menifee House Fire

MENIFEE, CA — A house fire Friday in Menifee displaced seven people, but no injuries were reported, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
The blaze broke out around 11:35 a.m. in the 23600 block of Goetz Road.
When firefighters got on the scene, they found a single-story, single-family home with heavy smoke showing from the side and rear of the structure, the fire department reported.

The blaze was contained at 12:57 p.m. The Red Cross was requested to assist three adults and four minors displaced by the fire, the agency said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
