Local Man Charged In Child Pornography Investigation
A local man has been charged in connection with an investigation into child pornography in Napa.
NAPA VALLEY, CA — Napa authorities have charged a local man in connection to an investigation into child pornography in Napa.
The Napa County Sheriff's Office said deputies arrested Frank Joseph Lyons, 64, on Friday in the 50 block of James Road in American Canyon.
Authorities charged him with possession of matter depicting a minor, contacting a minor for sexual purposes, and manufacturing child pornography.

Lyons is currently at the Napa County Department of Corrections. His bail was set at $100,000.
