CALISTOGA, CA — Calistoga in Napa County was recently named one of “6 Northern California Small Towns With Unmatched Friendliness” by WorldAtlas.

“Besides San Francisco, Sacramento, and a few other significant metro areas, large expanses of sparsely populated wilderness, from the Sierra Nevadas to the Pacific Coast, host many of the friendliest small towns in the state,” according to WorldAtlas.

The website highlighted Calistoga’s many wine tasting rooms as well as attractions such as Calistoga Depot, one of the oldest railroad structures in the state and home to a lauded restaurant, and Indian Springs resort and spa, which boasts an Olympic-sized mineral pool from 1910.
