Bicyclist Critically Injured In Crash With Truck: Napa Police
The 25-year-old was taken to a hospital, police said.
NAPA, CA — A bicyclist was seriously injured after a collision with a large truck Monday evening in Napa, according to police.
Officers responded to the crash around 6 p.m. at Soscol and Imola avenues, and found the 25-year-old cyclist suffering from critical injuries after colliding with a Ram 5500, police said. She was taken to a hospital, according to police, who said the Ram’s driver was cooperative and stayed at the scene.
The cyclist was traveling south on Soscol Avenue ahead of the crash and the Ram was traveling east on Imola Avenue, police said, adding drugs and alcohol do not appear to be involved.
