Cope Family Center Welcomes Daniela Franco to Board of Directors
Cope Expands Board with Local Leader

Cope Family Center is pleased to announce the election of Daniela Franco as a member of its Board of Directors. With her dedication to family wellbeing and community empowerment, Franco brings fresh perspective and leadership to Copeβs mission of strengthening families in Napa County.
Franco holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential, and has built her career in human resources management, talent development, and organizational operations. She is a passionate advocate for supporting children and caregivers alike, drawing on both her professional experience and her role as a parent to inform her commitment.
βBeing a mother has opened my eyes in ways I could never imagine,β said Franco. βExperiencing the world through a childβs eyes β the wonder, curiosity, and trust β reminds me every day how much a safe and loving home means. Challenges come at various stages in life, often heavy and uncertain, and that is why organizations like Cope are important now more than ever. I am proud to represent an organization that reflects my values, creating a space where children can simply be children, and where caregivers are supported in building healthy, stable homes. Joining the Board is my way of giving back to the community I call home and ensuring that this work not only supports families today but continues for generations to come.β
