Dear neighbors,

I had been poisoned with the drug PCP, that cause me to fall backwards and hit the back of my head on a concrete wall.

This happened when I was in custody in Napa County Jail, Between March 12, 2019, to April 22, 2019. I have doctors’ reports to back up everything I am saying. I have been diagnosed with Anemia, Cerebral atrophy and sixth nerve palsy.

I sent an email to Napa District Attorney. Mrs. Jennifer Allison Haley, And I also posted on her Facebook account, and she didn’t respond to me.

I, Perfecto Bauer Garcia, had my civil rights violated in my criminal trial CR183040.

On my Preliminary hearing Mr. Raymond Guadagni, Judge, was a conflict of interest in my criminal trial CR183040. He was involved with my father's lawsuit Mr. Rudolph Ovalle Garcia vs Lenore Stearns. My father’s attorney was Mr. David J. Linden, Esq. And Mr. Raymond A. Guadagni, Esq., subject was estate of the late Mrs. Lenore Stearns Lee, dated September 15, 1986.

Mr. Mark Boessenecker, was a Deputy district attorney and was a conflict of interest in my criminal trial CR183040. Mr. Boessenecker was a Judge in my trial. He worked out at the same gym as the alleged victim Mr. Darrel Joseph Hanson, and he was bias against me and my family and he has been obstructing justice from prosecuting Mr. Darrel Joseph Hanson, on felony charge and multiple restraining order violations! Mr. Darrel Joseph Hanson was charged with an assault with a battery criminal case number 15079, and he was found not guilty for reason of insanity! Mr. Hanson did use his car as a deadly weapon to hit my father with his car on case number 02-6711. This happened on July 04, 2002. The Napa Police report was written by Officer Andrew Hess. I turned in a video and audio VHS tape with the Police report and the Napa District attorneys did nothing!

I have all my strong evidence on YouTube. And Mr. Hanson's girlfriend is Ms. Pamela Lunceford, her grandmother the late Jessie Lunceford, owned Red Hen Fashions. Mr. Richard Paul Eldridge's, mother the late Mrs. Janice Eldridge, had a lease of the Red Hen Fashions from the late Lenore Stearns. And Mr. Boessenecker, and Napa District Attorney Mr. Gary Lieberstein, was good friends of Mr. Richard Paul Eldridge's uncle Mr. Carl Fry. Mr. Gary Lieberstein, didn't press perjury charges on Mr. Richard Paul Eldridge. My father had strong evidence against the Eldridge family on restraining order 67795. Mr. Leroy Paul Eldridge, vs. Defendant Mr. Rudolph Ovalle Garcia, on a Mutual restraining order. Mr. Leroy Paul Eldridge paid $182.00 dollars to restrain himself and his family to stay away twenty-five yards from my father Mr. Rudolph Ovalle Garcia.

Mr. Darrel Joseph Hanson was constantly harassing and threatening my father Mr. Rudolph Ovalle Garcia. Mr. Hanson, said to my father go Back to MEXICO! And said to my father you’re going to be six feet under soon! You know too much! The Napa Police department knows this.

Mr. Eldridge was upset of the order after hearing Mutual restraining order case number 67795.

He conspired with Ms. Betty Sue Calassa, worked at Napa Superior Court House back in 1993, as a supervisor and she conspired with Mr. Leroy Paul Eldridge, to erase the word Mutual on restraining order after hearing on case number 67795. They did this so the Napa District Attorneys would file charges on my father Mr. Rudolph Ovalle Garcia.

There is a history of illegal drugs at Mr. Richard Paul Eldridge's, house his roommates using illegal drugs such as Meth. Mr. Eldridge is my neighbor; he lives directly across the street from me.

Mr. Darrel Joseph Hanson, is my neighbor and his ex-girlfriend Ms. Christina Smith, was arrested for meth.

And Napa Prosecutor Mr. Gary A VanCamp was also a conflict of interest in my criminal trial CR183040. District attorney Mr. Gary A. VanCamp, when he filed criminal charges on Mr. Mark Edward Ingalls, dated July 07, 1988, criminal complaint. He was charged in violation of section 11360 (a) of the California Health & safety code, a felony. Mr. Mark Edward Ingalls was my neighbor back in 1988.

My cousin, Mr. Louie Garcia, is a friend of Mr. Mark Ingalls, and a friend of the late N.S.I.B agent at the Napa Police department Mr. Richard Marion Lee, he is the one that informed the Napa Police department that Mr. Mark Ingalls, was selling and transporting Marijuana, in my neighborhood on the 500 block of Monroe Street Napa, 94559. My cousin, Mr. Louie Garcia, gave a deposition in regarding the late Lenore Stearns estate. My neighbor Mr. Richard Paul Eldridge said he was smoking marijuana on his Facebook account back in 1988.
