Festival Napa Valley Readies For 2026 With New Board Members, Chairman

To strengthen and guide musical programs and success, the Festival Napa Valley named three new members to its board of directors​.

NAPA VALLEY, CA — While Napa is reknown for its vineyards and wines, music is an essential element of the valley's culture.

To strengthen and guide musical programs and success, the Festival Napa Valley named three new members to its board of directors.

The new directors include healthcare executive Darryl B. Curry, arts advocate Jane Inch, and financial services executive Mona Tavss.

Steven Stull, president and founder of Advantage Capital, has been elected as board chairman.

“We have been fortunate to build an exceptional board of directors over the years, now numbering 30 vintners and community leaders,” Festival Napa Valley President and CEO Rick Walker said in an announcement. "With Steven at the helm as chairman, this group of dedicated leaders will help strengthen our programs and expand the Festival’s impact across Napa Valley and beyond," Walker said.

Stull has served on the Board of Directors of Festival Napa Valley since 2012. An experienced venture capitalist and private equity investor, he has served as director of several Advantage Capital portfolio companies, including FleetCor Technologies, HRI Properties, and OMNI Energy. He leads efforts in small business capital formation, particularly for businesses located in distressed or underserved communities. The programs focus on small businesses, with affordable housing developments, and renewable energy projects to grow local economies to create a return on investment.

New Board Members

Darryl B. Curry is Senior Vice President and Hospital Administrator for Kaiser Permanente’s Napa-Solano Area, overseeing hospitals in Vacaville and Vallejo and serving more than 300,000 members. He has led investments in community initiatives addressing health equity, housing, workforce development, and behavioral health.

Recipient of the 2023 Junior League of San Francisco Women’s Leadership Award, Jane Inch has dedicated more than three decades to community building and nonprofit service. A University California at Berkeley alumna and Northern California native, she has held leadership roles with the Junior League of San Francisco, San Francisco Opera Guild, American Heart Association, and Bay Area Lyme Foundation. Professionally, she has worked as a certified life and integrative health coach and yoga instructor, and plays an active role in her family’s global packaging company, Transpak.

Mona Tavss, a financial services executive with more than 25 years of experience advising institutions and fostering trusted client relationships, is recognized for her collaborative leadership and strategic insight. An active philanthropist, Tavss supports the arts, education, and initiatives that promote community well-being.

The 2026 Summer Season will mark the festival's 20th anniversary. Performances from July 4-19 will take place at venues across Napa Valley.
