Geek Out Napa Valley: 3rd Annual Comic-Con Announced
"From award-winning artists and authors to live music and cosplay, there's something for everyone to 'geek out' on."

NAPA, CA—It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s time to geek out, Napa Valley.
Prepare for a day of fandom and fun at the Napa County Library’s third annual Geek Out Napa Valley Comic-Con from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 17, at the Napa Library, 580 Coombs St. in Napa. The free event celebrates local artists, authors, merchants and food vendors.
Featured activities include a costume contest, live music by Invincible Star Jazz and wrestling storytime from City Fights Pro. Artists and authors Julia Wertz, Tom Beland, Sarah Gailey and Brian Fies will participate in a panel discussion “Every Picture Tells a Story: Local Graphic Novelists” to share their craft, their inspirations, and their connection to the community.

“We’re thrilled to bring back Geek Out Napa Valley for a third year,” Director of Library Services Anthony Halstead said. “This event is a celebration of creativity, imagination, and local talent. From award-winning artists and authors to live music and cosplay, there’s something for everyone to ‘geek out’ on. We can’t wait to welcome fans of all ages to the Napa Library to connect with others, be inspired, and immerse themselves in a day full of fun.”
