Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy! Restaurant Opens In American Canyon

AMERICAN CANYON, CA — Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri welcomes North Bay residents to Flavortown by way of Chicken Guy!

The franchise is owned by Fieri and restauranteur Robert Earl and the American Canyon location is the first of several in the North Bay.

Chandi Hospitality Group, a North Bay franchise group and real estate developer, secured a 10-unit deal with Chicken Guy! and has exclusive development rights for counties across the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.

Chicken Guy! transports guests to Flavortown with juicy chicken tenders that deliver maximum crunch and flavor, along with tantalizing sauces, stacked chicken sandwiches and delectable sides.

Chicken Guy! leverages Fieri's creative and culinary expertise to delight guests with its unique, one-of-a-kind chicken tender that is brined, hand-pounded and seasoned in a selection of spices that give it a unique crispness and flavor profile. Fieri's imaginative spin on chicken sandwiches provides the crave-able flavor combinations that consumers will not find anywhere else. Guests can top all sandwiches and chicken strips with extraordinary sauces from the "Boss of Sauce" himself and make their way to Flavortown.

In addition to the forthcoming Chicken Guy! locations, Chandi Hospitality Group owns seven Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurants and oversees an additional 12 locations throughout Northern California. The group also owns Beer Baron Bar & Kitchen in downtown Santa Rosa. With a focus on community engagement and social responsibility, Chandi Hospitality Group has raised over $200,000 for nonprofits and local heroes, including first responders, educators and others.

Flavortown is a 2,800-square-foot Chicken Guy! location at 200 American Canyon Road that features a 43-seat dining room and drive-through so guests can enjoy their meals in the restaurant or on the go. Chandi Hospitality Group has appointed an experienced general manager, Thomas Depew, to oversee day-to-day operations at the American Canyon restaurant.

Chicken Guy! is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
