Lessons For The New Driver And Their Insured Adults
A Start Smart new driver class on Nov. 18 for teens behind the wheel and the adults next to them that might help some lower insurance fees.
NAPA VALLEY, CA — The Yountville Community Center is hosting a Start Smart new driver class on Nov. 18 for teens behind the wheel and the adults next to them in the passenger seat.
The free class is designed to bring both together to learn about the three-stage Graduated Driver Licensing laws, rules of the road, and how to avoid a crash.
The class may help qualify for insurance rate reductions.

The class is scheduled 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 18.
