Napa County Seeks Dog That Bit 2 People Near St. Helena
Victims may need to undergo anti-rabies treatment if animal is not found soon.

The Napa County Sheriff’s Department Animal Services Division requests assistance in locating a dog that bit two individuals over the weekend.
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, two female adults were bitten by a dog on Zinfandel Lane south of St. Helena.
The biting dog is described as medium sized, gray in color with tones of black (merle coat), resembling an Australian cattle dog. The dog ran off after biting the victims.

Animal Services officers searched the area but were unable to locate the biting dog.
Both victims were treated for their injuries and released from the hospital the same day.
