The Napa Police Department has announced the results of a DUI Saturation Patrol conducted last Saturday night in Napa.
NAPA - The Napa Police Department has announced the results of a DUI Saturation Patrol conducted last Saturday night in Napa.
According to police, six drivers were arrested for suspected DUI/Alcohol between the hours of 6 p.m. and 2 a.m.
Two drivers were arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license, and four moving violation citations were issued.

Napa police say they made 41 vehicle enforcement stops during the eight-hour stretch.

Police emphasize that high visibility DUI enforcement efforts lower the incidence of impaired driving and will continue the checkpoints, pointing to special funding for that allows extra officers to patrol.
