NAPA, CA — A Napa man is reportedly facing felony charges after police said he attacked and threatened a woman at a hotel, and then fled police officers before crashing into a parked car, according to a report.

Jorge Servin Maldonado, 51, attacked a woman in a hotel Saturday night — at one point ripping a telephone off a wall — then drove off in a truck, crashing into a parked vehicle after police tried to pull him over, according to police Sgt. Mike Walund, the Napa Valley Register reported.

Maldonado, who reportedly had to be restrained as he tried to kick police officers, was booked into the Napa County jail on charges of making criminal threats, resisting police, false imprisonment, vandalism, and bringing drugs into a jail.
