Restaurant First In Napa To Accept CalFresh For Eligible Customers

NAPA COUNTY, CA — Some recipients of CalFresh may purchase hot and/or prepared meals at participating restaurants utilizing their EBT card. This program is called the CalFresh Restaurant Meals Program (RMP). El Pollo Loco in Napa County on Soscol Avenue is now participating in this program.

Eligible CalFresh recipients for the Restaurant Meals Program are:

• An adult aged 60 or older
• A person with a disability
• The spouse of an individual that belongs to one of the above categories, or
• A person experiencing homelessness.

To locate participating restaurants outside of Napa County, you may visit the CDSS website that lists the restaurants by county, or you can utilize the EBT locator map. Participating Restaurants may also have a sign in their window.
