The evening commute will see water pond on roadways, with gusty winds through Monday night, the National Weather Service SF Bay Area says.

NORTH BAY, CA — An early spring rainstorm will lead to a mess for Monday evening's commute, but no major impacts are expected for Bay Area waterways, according to the National Weather Service. The front was slowly moving through the North Bay Monday morning and was expected to stay north of the Golden Gate Bridge through noon, at which point the storm is forecast to begin to move through the immediate Bay Area, meteorologist Ryan Walbrun said.
"For late March, it's crummy weather," he said.
The evening commute will see water pond on roadways, with gusty winds continuing through Monday night, with showers continuing through the day on Tuesday. Winds will gust 20-30 mph in the immediate Bay Area from Monday to Wednesday.
