2 Injured In Overnight Stabbing At North Hills Apartment, Police Say
Los Angeles police said a search for the suspect is ongoing.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A man and woman were injured in an overnight stabbing at their North Hills apartment, Los Angeles police say.
Police got a report of a stabbing on the 8900 block of Orion Street at about 10 p.m. Monday, J. Chavez with the Los Angeles Police Department told Patch in a phone interview.
The caller told police someone entered the apartment and stabbed two people, Chavez said.

By the time officers arrived on scene, the suspect had fled, Chavez said.
The injured man and woman were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, where Chavez said one was in critical but stable condition and the other in stable condition.

It’s unclear if the man knew the victims prior to the stabbing, Chavez said.
Police are searching for the suspect, who is described as being a man in his 20s, Chavez said, adding that he was last seen wearing a blue and white beanie, dark blue sweater, black pants and blue shoes.
An investigation is ongoing, Chavez said.
