On Monday, Northridge will see a high of 85 degrees with plenty of sunshine and minimal clouds, according to AccuWeather. Chatsworth will see a high of 84 degrees with some low clouds in the morning.
But be sure to pack the sunscreen, the ultraviolet index will be an extreme 12 for the entire weekend.

The weekend leading up to the holiday promises hot temps and some clouds. Saturday will bring a high of 88 degrees in Northridge and Chatsworth and Sunday will bring a high of 85 degrees with some clouds in the morning.
Drought conditions will persist throughout California through Fourth of July weekend, prompting warnings and bans on fireworks to avoid wildfires.
