How much can gas be different in the same neighborhood?

Well, it seemed like it would only be a few pennies difference, and not be that significant at all. But then, a recent drive from one end of Chatsworth to another, found that the basic regular gas price could be as much as 28 cents difference from one part of town to the other.

As one wag says, "That's going to save me at least six bucks, I could buy a pack of cigarettes."
