Chatsworth Hills Academy to Offer Campus Plans at Thursday Land Use Meeting
Walgreens asking for variance to sell beer and wine.

Chatsworth Hills Academy will present plans for its new campus buildings Thursday at the monthly meeting of the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council's land use committee.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the community room of the Chatsworth Train Depot, 10038 Old Depot Plaza Rd.
Brandywine Homes, originally expected to appear, has cancelled a presentation for development of townhomes on the CHIME school property at the corner of Devonshire Street and Valley Circle Boulevard. They will reschedule at a future date. Plans for a sports complex on the site appear to have been dropped.

Also on the agenda (pdf is available in the box at the right) is discussion of a zoning variance for continued firewood storage and sale at 10800 Topanga Canyon Blvd., and cell phone antennas behind rooftop screens at 9350 Topanga Canyon Blvd. Walgreens, at 20901 Devonshire St., is asking for a zoning variance to allow for the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption.
The meeting is open to the public.
