Massage Parlors on Neighborhood Council Agenda

Motions to elect new officers to the board and approve money for safety whistles.

The Chatsworth Neighborhood Council meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Lawrence Middle School, 10100 Variel Ave.

On the agenda for the monthly board meeting is a motion to send a letter to the Los Angeles Police Department vice squad concerning massage parlors in Chatsworth.

  • To elect officers and to reformulate committees.
  • To increase Los Angeles Fire Department funding for tools and weight bench from $1,000 to $1,500
  • To approve $200 for safety whistles and printed instructions for use.
