Ecstasy: Harnessing the Power of the Mind

Utilizing the power of your mind, it is possible to achieve the state of "Ecstasy". Learn how you can feel fantastic without drugs.

Let me present you with an incredible new idea ... a possibility. This possibility suggests shifting and focusing your brain and thoughts on the natural phenomena of “ecstasy.”

If you trust your brain, use your thoughts to channel your attention and your focus on the phenomenon of “ecstasy". Stay in the moment. Don’t allow yourself to be distracted by anything.

There is a process that I call “implantation". It involves your desire and capability to focus your attention on nurturing a new way of thinking in your brain. This implantation method can get the cognitive intellectual part of your brain absolutely trained on implanting this simple word, “Ecstasy". The beautiful part? You do not need any drug to get you thinking and experiencing the primal feeling of ecstasy.

Imagine for a moment that the core of who you are - your spirit and your soul - are located in certain parts of your brain and you can gain access to this primordial primal location. These areas of the brain have neurological connections to just about every part of your body, utilizing pathways that are too numerous to count.

A Sobering Fact: Drugs, especially potent ones like fentanyl, claim over 100,00 lives each year. There is nothing wrong with the desire to want to experience the high feelings of ecstasy. But, the real power is how you choose to get there. You can make the cognitive choice to not take dangerous drugs and choose to experience ecstasy by the sheer power of your will and your determination.

This may seem simple. Maybe it is, maybe it is not. But would you prefer to implant a powerful thought rather than a drug, that may be dangerous, into your brain and your body?

Dangers of Experimentation: Many people, out of curiosity or peer pressure, might try drugs, thinking it is just an "experiment". I want to warn you that there is a price to pay and it could be deadly. A drug may make you feel high. But it could cause lasting damage. If you destroy or repress a part of your brain, later in life you may have to systematically ingest psychiatric medications to stabilize yourself. These drugs do not cure you. They just stabilize you so that you can reprogram yourself to lead a more productive life.

Addiction is a disorder. By setting the intention and putting into action the behavior and the desire to implant into your brain the thought and feeling of ecstasy, you can change your life. It requires intention, desire, and the will to go and get high naturally and safely. There is no shortcut. It requires the power to choose what is good for you and what is not.

Are you ready to initiate a new ritual into your life that requires repetition and discipline? It might be time to grow up. You may have to review an earlier stage of your life when healthy self-discipline was important and essential for your well-being and success in life.

Values: It might be time to assess your values and beliefs. How did you learn them? You may have to review and go into your childhood issues in order to resolve, gather insight, and reshape your value system. It’s not enough to talk about those issues. You have to go into them and reshape them through such disciplines as a deep feeling work, role-playing, psychodrama etc.

Remember, nothing is fixed in stone. Change is possible. If you feel a part of you is closed down, shift and choose a growth mindset. If you stay closed down, you are going to be trouble .... to yourself and others.

It takes courage and a lot of chutzpah to want to go deep and high. But, a consistent feeling of ecstasy is very rewarding and truly worth it.
