Highway 118 Closure Causes Traffic Jam Friday Morning

NORTHRIDGE, CA — The Woodley Avenue offramp on the eastbound state Route 118, the Ronald Reagan Freeway, was closed Friday morning, according to California Highway Patrol.

The closure started around 9:24 a.m., according to CHP. It was not immediately clear when the offramp would reopen or why the offramp was closed.

The northbound and southbound Interstate 405, San Diego Freeway, was also closed near the state Route 118 Friday morning, according to CHP.

The offramp closure caused significant traffic Friday morning from Balboa Boulevard to Woodley Avenue.
