Greg Doyle will speak on "Biased and Constitutional Policing." He will be joined by Jennifer Gomez, with the Office of the Inspector General, and Officer Jim Willis of the Internal Affairs Group. This replaces the regular monthly meeting of the <a href="https://patch.com/E-BZN" rel="nofollow">Chatsworth Neighborhood Watch</a>.
