At Least 2 Students Stabbed Near A SF Valley High School Campus

A stabbing at or near Van Nuys High School today left at least two students injured, authorities said Wednesday morning.

SAN FERNANDO VALLEY -- A stabbing at or near Van Nuys High School today left at least two students injured, authorities said.

The crime was reported about 10:55 a.m. in the 6500 block of Cedros Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

According to police, two or three students were injured. Video from the scene showed one teenager on a stretcher. The severity of the injuries was not immediately known.

The school was placed on a lockdown while an investigation was conducted. No suspect information was released.
