Manager of Northridge Carpet Store Dies of Gunshot Wounds
The motive for the shooting was unclear, police said.

The manager of a carpet store in nearby Northridge died Tuesday from wounds suffered in a shooting at the business several days ago,
police reported.
No arrests have been made in the fatal shooting of Christian Manzur, 56, of North Hills, who was gunned down at Carpet Land Mills in the 8900 block of Tampa Avenue about 4 p.m. Friday.
Manzur was taken off life support just after midnight, said Officer Gregory Baek of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Section.

The motive for the shooting was unclear. Baek did not know if it occurred during a robbery, and no suspect information was released.
