City, LAUSD Discuss Parking Problems at New Porter Ranch Community School
Los Angeles transportation and school district officials try and come up with short-term and long-term solutions.
The new and features science labs, performing arts classrooms, a library, a multi-purpose room, a gymnasium and a Korean/English dual language program.
But one thing it does not feature, according to some, is enough parking. Many parents have been forced to defy no-parking signs near the school while taking their children to class, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.
Los Angeles transportation and school district officials held a meeting Friday to try and come up with short-term and long-term solutions to the problem, according to the report.
