Rinaldi Street Crash Victim Identified
An 18-year-old is killed on Friday when a car collides with a utility pole.
An 18-year-old Canoga Park man was killed and three others were injured last Friday when a Honda Accord crashed into utility pole in the 20800 block of Rinaldi Street and burst into flames.
Moses Alvarez was the sole fatality, said L.A. County Coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter.
The crash occurred around 10 a.m. near the upper school campus of Sierra Canyon School, according to the police.

LAPD Valley Traffic Division detectives could not be reached for comment on the investigation, but City News Service reports that speeding may have been the cause of the fiery accident.
A memorial for Alvarez has been set up at the crash site.
