The department sponsors an annual Halloween party and with these donations, the local foster children were able to select and wear fabulous outfits and participate in a way that would not have been otherwise possible.  Their smiles and joy made all of the work worthwhile, and thanks go to all of our families who took the time to go through closets and boxes and then donated.  Thinking of others is truly the best treat of all.
