Teen Shot To Death Outside West Hills Bar Identified
Authorities have identified a 19-year-old man shot to death on Roscoe Boulevard Monday. No arrests have been reported.
WEST HILLS, CA — A young man who was fatally shot outside a West Hills bar was identified Tuesday.
The shooting occurred about 12:45 a.m. Monday in the 22000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, said Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations office.
Jose Mendoza, 19, died at a hospital, the coroner's office reported. His home town was not known.
