The Chatsworth Hotel Sells for $9.2 Million
The former Radisson may again carry a national brand name.
The Chatsworth Hotel, which until recently carried the Radisson brand, has been sold for $9.2 million or $62,162 per room.
The 148-room property at 9777 Topanga Canyon Blvd. was sold by LaeRoc Partners to Cheng Wu. The liquor license was transferred as part of the sale. Wu was not further identified.
The hotel may again become a branded hotel in the future, according to CoStar.com, a real estate information company. The property, built in 1982, was reportedly sold in a short sale transaction, which means it was assessed at a value less than the mortgage.
