They'll Be Rockin' at the Library Thursday
Free band concert begins at 4:30 p.m. in the parking lot.
You won't hear Chatsworth's librarians going "Shush!" this afternoon. You may not be able to hear anything but music blasting into the air.
Five bands will be performing a free parking lot concert from 4:30 to 8 p.m. behind the Chatsworth Library at 21052 Devonshire St.
In addition to the music, there will be refreshments.
