“This is a major milestone for the County,” said Derek Johnson, the Marin County executive. “The progress we’ve made reflects strong collaboration and shared priorities across the organization. These contracts are a key part of Marin’s commitment to providing competitive compensation and a supportive workplace. Each agreement helps strengthen the foundation for the public services residents rely on every day.”

These agreements, following approvals on June 24, July 8, and July 15, mark continued progress in finalizing labor contracts for Marin's roughly 2,000 employees across 10 bargaining units.
