Dear friends & neighbors, voters in the upcoming Novato Sanitary District Nov. 8 elections:
I have had the honor and privilege of serving on this board of directors for over 36 years, since 1990 with a perfect attendance record. That is more than 500 meetings on the second and fourth continuous alternate Mondays of each month for 21 years. I think this best espresses my dedication and devotion to the Novato Sanitary District.
Two recent controversial actions by the board were the unanimous hiring of Veolia Water as contract operator for the new treatment plant (an action ratified by referendum in August 2011) and the extension of the Novato Disposal Service franchise agreement. Both resulted in lower costs for ratepayers.

I have always voted for what is best for the Novato Sanitary District and the ratepayers. If you agree with these policies and want to see them, please vote for me to continue serving the citizens of Novato on Nov. 8.
