City's Measure F Committee to Meet Dec. 15

The Measure F Oversight/Citizen's Finance Commitee is scheduled to meet with city of Novato officials on Dec. 15 at the city administrative offices at 75 Rowland Way.

The committee plans to go over the use of revenues generated by Measure F, a half-cent sales tax increase over five years that was approved by Novato voters in 2010. The committee is to focus on future staffing and information technology investments along with funds from a public safety grant.

Also, there will be a discussion about a drafting a letter about the downtown city office complex.

The meeting is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at 75 Rowland Way. The public is welcome to attend.
