Investigators believe that there was a dispute between Wallick and the victim over money, which led to her being choked after she said she was going to call the police.
Officers allegedly found a variety of illegal narcotics, including fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, and other prescription pills in Wallick's possession in addition to cash and a scale.
Wallick was booked into the Marin County Jail on suspicion of resisting arrest, assault with a deadly weapon, being in possession of illegal narcotics for sale, the transport and selling of controlled substances, possession for sales of controlled substances, and some warrants for inflicting injury on a spouse, contempt of court, assault likely to cause great bodily harm, and threatening a witness.
He is being held on a $60,000 bail.
