Frontwave Arena Opening In September With Gold Over America Tour

OCEANSIDE, CA — Frontwave Arena, a new multipurpose sports and entertainment venue, will open its doors this fall in Oceanside.

The arena's first public event will be the Gold Over America Tour starring Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles. The tour kicks off Sept. 17 at Frontwave Arena and also serves as the venue's opening event.

"We are eagerly awaiting the day we can open the doors to the public, and what an awesome way we get to do it, by launching the Gold Over America Tour starring the one and only Simone Biles," Frontwave Arena CEO Josh Elias said in a statement. "This event kicks off what will be an amazing lineup of events Frontwave Arena will offer, including everything from concerts and comedy shows to family shows and sporting events."

The Gold Over America Tour starring Simone Biles, the most decorated American gymnast in history, will begin its 30-city tour in Oceanside and end Nov. 3 in Detroit. The family-friendly show will showcase the athletic brilliance and championship journeys of Biles and a squad of select team members, plus the Gold Squad dancers.

Tickets for the 7,500-capacity arena's opening event are available for group sales to gymnastic clubs and will open to the general public in the spring. Sign up for the presale here.
