3 Arrested For Stealing Pedestrians' Jewelry At Gunpoint: Police
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of stealing high-end jewelry from pedestrians in Orange County.
FULLERTON, CA — Three Los Angeles County men have been arrested for allegedly snatching high-end jewelry from victims who were walking to their vehicle in Fullerton earlier this year, police said Saturday.
The armed robbery occurred on May 10, 2025 in the 2700 block of West Orangethorpe Avenue, according to spokeswoman Kristy Wells of the Fullerton Police Department.
"The victims were walking to their vehicles when they were confronted by multiple males who held them at gunpoint and stole various high-end pieces of jewelry," Wells said. "Officers quickly responded to the location, however, the suspects had already fled the area at a high rate of speed."

Detectives determined through an extensive investigation that the suspects had followed the victims across multiple cities prior to the crime, she said.
On Wednesday, the ATF Orange County Violent Crimes Task Force, which includes the Fullerton Police Department, served several search warrants and arrested Gavin Stafford, 19, of Compton, George Barragan, 20, of Whittier and Los Angeles resident Donald Jones, 21.

"During the execution of several search warrants, investigators recovered evidence related to the robbery, including items stolen from the victims," Wells said.
