OC Firefighters Knock Out House Fire In Garden Grove

GARDEN GROVE, CA — A fire damaged a house in Garden Grove Wednesday, but no one was hurt.

The fire was reported at 4:47 a.m. in the 13200 block of Westlake Street, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.

"Crews found a fire that began outside and extended into the home," an OCFA statement said. "Firefighters rapidly searched the home and ensured everyone was evacuated."

The cause of the fire was under investigation. Red Cross personnel were requested to assist the displaced residents.
