Shots Fired In OC Neighborhood; Gunman At Large

ORANGE, CA — A man was shot in Orange late Sunday night, and police Monday were searching for the suspect.

Orange Police officers were dispatched just before midnight Sunday about shots being fired in the 2700 block of North Villa Real Road, according to Orange Police Department Lt. Mike Monjaraz.

The victim, a man in his 20s, was found in a driveway. His name was not released.

He was aided by officers before being moved to a nearby hospital, Monjaraz said. He was expected to survive his injuries.

No further details were immediately released.
